6.* The Division Bench comprising Hon’ble Mr. Justice Mukul Mudgal and Hon’ble Mr. Justice P. K. Bhasin may continue till conclusion the hearing of the Death Sentence Reference No.1/2007 with connected Criminal Appeals being presently heard by it, in addition to the newly constituted board of DB IV. Till then, Hon’ble Ms. Justice Reva Khetrapal will take up the newly constituted board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice P. K. Bhasin.
7. The cases of the existing board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Kailash Gambhir shall stand transferred to the board of Hon’ble Mr. Justice G.S. Sistani and the cases of the existing board of Hon’ble Ms. Justice Rekha Sharma shall be equally distributed between Hon’ble Mr. Justice G. S. Sistani and Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli
